A blend of modern and contemporary architecture style house designed in the Venice of East – Alappuzha, is one of the perfect examples of integration of beauty and elegance. Instead of using typical features, the focus is given to incorporating modern looking design elements like steel, glass, UPVC windows, vertical louvers etc. For getting different light and shadows circular filaments have been added in balcony pergolas, car porch, sun shades etc. Also, rather than using the normal enclosed garage design, we have done an open porch matching the house design using the same materials as toughened glass and steel. As one of the best architects in Kerala, we have given utmost care in designing the landscape as per site layout matching the curve designs. The pathway and driveway are done in symmetry, placing the gate at the centre. Compound wall is designed using CNC technology and is highlighted with stone cladding. The colour of the wall is matched with that of the exterior to accentuate the beauty of the whole design. Maximum natural light and ventilation have been provided in the house by using corner windows, full height windows, fixed glasses etc.
