The house is designed by mixing contemporary with Kerala design elements making it a fusion style, the common space is adorned by a big courtyard which is designed in a Kerala traditional way with carved wooden pillars with granite and Kota stone for Nadumuttam floor and the area around the central courtyard follows a contemporary approach with walnut shaded wall panel and minimal use of dark stone claddings. The kitchen is designed in a white theme to break the monotony of wood. The bedrooms follow a dark mood supported by white walls which make a sense of coziness.
