A beautiful contemporary architecture style house located in the beautiful town of Alathur, Palakkad, this is one perfect example of creativity. Since the frontage of the house is smaller we have used light colours to highlight the design. Stone cladding and high-pressure lamination sheets have been used to highlight particular areas. In all open terrace, we have used a mix of MS handrail and brick wall. Three types of roof designs have been incorporated into it – curve, slope, and flat. In the stair room, we have used curve with an inbuilt water tank so that we can hide the water tank and get a unique roof design. To get maximum light we have used three shutter windows in most of the areas. Also, vertical pergolas have been used in common areas to get a different look. Glass handrail has been used in the balcony area to get an open feel and fin-wall has been used in certain areas to cover rainwater pipes. To provide a natural feel, planter boxes have been provided in certain areas. As one of the top interior designers in Kerala, we have highlighted the exterior with the play of colour and material palette to create synergy and balance throughout. In the sit-out we have provided MS vertical pergolas as well as in-built pergolas in RCC roof for shading from sun and rain.
